Mark Fesler | Broker Owner

Embarking on a dynamic journey in professional sales in 2013, I have passionately dedicated myself to the real estate industry. Achieving my Realtor license in 2016 marked a pivotal moment, and my commitment to excellence led me to secure a Supervising Broker's license in 2019. In 2021, I took the entrepreneurial plunge, establishing Premier Group Real Estate and Premier Group Contracting alongside my business partner Robert La Brie. Allowing us to be multifaceted in the services that we can provide to our amazing clients and the agents that help us represent them.

My commitment to shaping the future of the real estate profession extends beyond my business ventures. In 2023, I took on the role of Vice Chair in the Young Professional Networks, showcasing my dedication to nurturing the next generation of real estate professionals. Stepping into the role of Chair in 2024 allowed me to further contribute to the growth and development of emerging talents in the industry.

My active involvement in the real estate community was further recognized in 2024 when I was elected to the Missoula Organization of Realtors Board. Additionally, I was honored to be appointed to the Montana State Young Professional Network, solidifying my commitment to statewide collaboration and innovation within the real estate landscape.

My personal life is enriched by the joys of family. Married to my wife Shawna in 2008, we are blessed to have three amazing kids that have made life so much fun. These family bonds, coupled with my commitment to community, have been integral to my personal and professional growth.

While I grew up in Spokane, WA, I’ve called Montana home since 2000. I briefly ventured to Kent, WA, to attend ministry school, gaining valuable perspectives that continue to shape my approach to both life and business. Beyond my real estate pursuits, I dedicated 11 years to serving as a youth and family pastor while actively contributing to the church board, showcasing my commitment to community and guiding others on their life journeys.

The best part of both my professional career and personal life are the connections and relationships that have been made along the way.  I’m always looking forward to that next connection.

Rob La Brie | Owner Agent

I've had the privilege of growing up in Missoula, MT, graduating from Big Sky High School in 2005.  I attended Azusa Pacific University in California for four years, then the University of Montana for two, graduating with a teaching license in Social Studies in 2011.  Immediately following that, I taught Social Studies and coached football, basketball and track in St Regis for four years and Three Forks for two.

Through this time, my focus has been on mentoring the kids that I teach and coach.  I treat this as a ministry. As a teacher and a coach, the most effective way to get the students to perform at a high level is to build positive relationships with them and hold them to a high standard.  The reward being the joy of watching them graduate, overcome adversity in life and achieve their dreams.

In addition to practicing real estate at Keller Williams in Missoula, I also volunteer at Missoula Youth football and also coach youth sports at Valley Christian Schools.  I firmly believe that part of being a real estate agent involves giving back to the community. My passion in this regard is the mentoring of teens through outreach and sports programs.

These experiences all point to one thing: putting people first.  I have a vested interest in the people and families that I meet, and my goal is to help them succeed and achieve their dream.  In this regard, I am blessed with being able to teach, coach, and serve. Not only do I build a positive relationship with potential clients, I also have the privilege of educating them through the process and assisting them with their needs.

Buying or Selling a house is a major step in one’s journey.  I would love the opportunity to serve you in that process. Let’s start the next step of the journey together. I choose to put clients first in their needs. Missoula is my home, and gives me the experience of understanding the surrounding communities.

Abigail Pendergast | Real Estate Agent

Starting in June 2019, I have been chasing my dream of being a skilled, entrepreneurial businesswoman selling real estate in the beautiful, Western Montana. I’m a second-generation Realtor and was raised in the Bitterroot Valley, graduating from Stevensville High School in 2018. Following graduation, I studied business marketing at the University of Montana. Go Griz!

The style of my upbringing taught me the importance of finding the right home and the impact a house can make on a family. Because of that, I am passionate about helping people find the right place. Being local gives me an advantage because I can share experienced community cultures and know of hidden gems, off the beaten path.

Helping people is the very thing that gets me going in the morning. I am dedicated to bringing people joy and creating relationships with those around me. Along with selling real estate, I also work at the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Western Montana. It’s a non-profit that helps families in need and gives them a place to stay while their child is in the hospital. Often, the biggest support I can provide a worried mother is simply a listening ear.

I bring that caring, service mindset to every aspect of my life, especially my real estate business. I actively hear to my client’s desires and do everything in my power to enable their dreams. It is my responsibility to relieve your stress and personally orchestrate all the moving parts during the transaction, so you can focus on what matters.

Joe Schliesman | Real Estate Agent

There are many real estate agents who like to fish, but very few fly fishing guides who like to sell homes. There are many parallels in real estate and guiding fly fishing anglers, which was one of the many reasons I was drawn to real estate.

It doesn’t take a fundamental stretch of the imagination to gather the sphere of multiplicity a fly fishing guide must take on any given day.  Starting with greeting weary clients, quickly gaining trust and confidence, confronting unknown events, building anticipation and expectations, quelling fear, all while providing a quality experience and lasting memory.  Buying a home is so much the same experience. I follow the client centric philosophy by serving clients needs, providing accommodation, listening and empathizing.  Moving is stressful!

My first foray into the arena was through real estate photography, while gratifying, after a couple years I realized, my many skills could be utilized in more effective ways.  They include construction (having built my own home), years of guiding and public education allow me to truly guide a client through the home buying experience.

I graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelors of Fine Art, and later, a teaching certification. I have held Guide licenses in Montana, Washington and Oregon.  After 20 years or so in Central Washington, and two in Central Oregon, my wife and I made the decision to embark on yet another adventure and manifest our longtime dream of living in Western Montana and guiding its fantastic fisheries. I am happy to call the Bitterroot Valley and Missoula home, with it’s ample mountain biking, hiking trails, fishing and/or hunting, outside takes on new meaning.  As a cyclist, I love the many single track trails, and the 50+ miles of paved path between Missoula and Hamilton. As an outdoorsman, the fishing and hunting are unmatched, with plenty of wildlife watching, bird watching, scenery to go around.

My clients can count on me to focus on their needs, and provide quality service.
