Mark Fesler | Broker Owner

Embarking on a dynamic journey in professional sales in 2013, I have passionately dedicated myself to the real estate industry. Achieving my Realtor license in 2016 marked a pivotal moment, and my commitment to excellence led me to secure a Supervising Broker's license in 2019. In 2021, I took the entrepreneurial plunge, establishing Premier Group Real Estate and Premier Group Contracting alongside my business partner Robert La Brie. Allowing us to be multifaceted in the services that we can provide to our amazing clients and the agents that help us represent them.

My commitment to shaping the future of the real estate profession extends beyond my business ventures. In 2023, I in leadership with the Young Professional Networks, showcasing my dedication to nurturing the next generation of real estate professionals. Stepping into the role of local Chair in 2024, state Chair in 2025 allowed me to further contribute to the growth and development of emerging talents in the industry.

My active involvement in the real estate community was further recognized in 2024 when I was elected to the Missoula Organization of Realtors Board. Additionally, I was honored to be appointed to the Montana State Young Professional Network, solidifying my commitment to statewide collaboration and innovation within the real estate landscape.

My personal life is enriched by the joys of family. Married to my wife Shawna in 2008, we are blessed to have three amazing kids that have made life so much fun. These family bonds, coupled with my commitment to community, have been integral to my personal and professional growth.

While I grew up in Spokane, WA, I’ve called Montana home since 2000. I briefly ventured to Kent, WA, to attend ministry school, gaining valuable perspectives that continue to shape my approach to both life and business. Beyond my real estate pursuits, I dedicated 11 years to serving as a youth and family pastor while actively contributing to the church board, showcasing my commitment to community and guiding others on their life journeys.

The best part of both my professional career and personal life are the connections and relationships that have been made along the way.  I’m always looking forward to that next connection.

Rob La Brie | Owner Agent

I've had the privilege of growing up in Missoula, MT, graduating from Big Sky High School in 2005.  I attended Azusa Pacific University in California for four years, then the University of Montana for two, graduating with a teaching license in Social Studies in 2011.  Immediately following that, I taught Social Studies and coached football, basketball and track in St Regis for four years and Three Forks for two.

Through this time, my focus has been on mentoring the kids that I teach and coach.  I treat this as a ministry. As a teacher and a coach, the most effective way to get the students to perform at a high level is to build positive relationships with them and hold them to a high standard.  The reward being the joy of watching them graduate, overcome adversity in life and achieve their dreams.

In addition to practicing real estate at Keller Williams in Missoula, I also volunteer at Missoula Youth football and also coach youth sports at Valley Christian Schools.  I firmly believe that part of being a real estate agent involves giving back to the community. My passion in this regard is the mentoring of teens through outreach and sports programs.

These experiences all point to one thing: putting people first.  I have a vested interest in the people and families that I meet, and my goal is to help them succeed and achieve their dream.  In this regard, I am blessed with being able to teach, coach, and serve. Not only do I build a positive relationship with potential clients, I also have the privilege of educating them through the process and assisting them with their needs.

Buying or Selling a house is a major step in one’s journey.  I would love the opportunity to serve you in that process. Let’s start the next step of the journey together. I choose to put clients first in their needs. Missoula is my home, and gives me the experience of understanding the surrounding communities.

Abigail Pendergast | Real Estate Agent

Starting in June 2019, I have been chasing my dream of being a skilled, entrepreneurial businesswoman selling real estate in the beautiful, Western Montana. I’m a second-generation Realtor and was raised in the Bitterroot Valley, graduating from Stevensville High School in 2018. Following graduation, I studied business marketing at the University of Montana. Go Griz!

The style of my upbringing taught me the importance of finding the right home and the impact a house can make on a family. Because of that, I am passionate about helping people find the right place. Being local gives me an advantage because I can share experienced community cultures and know of hidden gems, off the beaten path.

Helping people is the very thing that gets me going in the morning. I am dedicated to bringing people joy and creating relationships with those around me. Along with selling real estate, I also work at the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Western Montana. It’s a non-profit that helps families in need and gives them a place to stay while their child is in the hospital. Often, the biggest support I can provide a worried mother is simply a listening ear.

I bring that caring, service mindset to every aspect of my life, especially my real estate business. I actively hear to my client’s desires and do everything in my power to enable their dreams. It is my responsibility to relieve your stress and personally orchestrate all the moving parts during the transaction, so you can focus on what matters.

Born and raised in Montana, I graduated from Big Sky High School in 2007 and have spent most of my life enjoying everything this beautiful state has to offer. I am extremely familiar with the state and take pride in helping others discover the unique beauty and lifestyle that Montana provides.

As a family, we love camping, playing in the water, exploring the outdoors, attending sporting events, and experiencing new things together. These shared adventures have deepened my love for connecting with people and creating memorable experiences, which I bring to my work as a real estate professional.

With over two decades of professional experience in the medical and telecommunications industries, I am a natural problem solver who thrives on finding tailored solutions for my clients. I work extremely hard in everything I do and take great pride in my work. I also have a heart for serving others and truly enjoy helping people achieve their goals.  I will always serve you with utmost honesty and integrity.

Joey Duwe | Real Estate Agent

My love of real estate began at an early age, when I would visit open houses for fun and have my parents pull off the road so we could grab listing flyers and guess the home price. Good times! Being around real estate my whole life, with three generations before me in the industry, I was excited to get my first job out of college at Zillow. After working there for 5 years, it was clear that I should become an agent myself. I have been licensed for 8+ years now and it was absolutely the right move. One of my greatest joys in life is helping people and making a positive impact on their lives. That is what I am here to do for you.

I am a transplant, having moved my family to the Bitterroot Valley in early 2022. We’ve enjoyed assimilating to the Montana way of life and are so thankful it’s our home. We came from Western WA, having had enough of its rain and politics. I still sell real estate in Washington remotely and have sold over 200 homes across Washington and now Montana. My MT focus is on Ravalli & Missoula County, and possibly beyond, depending on what you’re looking for. Please reach out, I would love to hear from you and discuss your plans.

In my free time I enjoy time with my kids & wife, golfing, hiking, church events, and working around our property – basically anything that gets me outside! The best way to reach me is (360) 689-9559 or joey@joeyduwehomes.com. Send me a text, call, or email and I'll follow up right away. I look forward to working with you!

Jason Ennis | Real Estate Agent

I grew up in the agricultural community and learned at a young age of hard work, old fashion principals and the value of giving back.

In my off time I enjoy most outdoor activities and adventures. Reading and studying markets . As well as networking and meeting new people.

Early in my adult life I started to diversify from my agricultural background into real estate and stock investing. Fast forward to today that choice developed into 20 plus years experience in residential, multi-unit and agricultural investment properties. By putting my own finances on the line to purchase properties provides the first hand experience that my clients deserve.

Your money and life goals are just as important. I will provide you with honest and thorough evaluation of each property and help you make your next financial decision a great investment for your family and future.

In any case if you are buying or selling or have a complex situation feel free to contact me. Myself and the team here at Premier Group stand ready to develop your real estate goals.

Shawna Fesler | Admin

Hi! I’m Shawna, the person behind the scenes making sure all the real estate paperwork gets done so our agents can focus on helping you find your dream home. I’m all about keeping things organized and running smoothly (and maybe sneaking in some coffee breaks!).

When I’m not wrangling paperwork, I’m homeschooling my three kids. It’s a full-time adventure of learning, laughter, and maybe a little chaos.

I also own a freeze-dried candy business that’s now commercially approved! Turning sweet treats into something even cooler has been such a fun journey.
